The St. Louis School-Business Partnership is excited to announce our 2019-2020 initial calendar of events has been announced. This year’s calendar includes multiple networking opportunities, our annual workshop and a day time tour event at the Microsoft Technology Center. All of these events are designed to further our mission of fostering dynamic collaboration between schools, community and businesses to leverage resources, make connections and provide career and post-secondary learning opportunities.

Thank you to Shannon Woodcock and her team at HealthWorks! Kid’s Museum St. Louis for hosting our Fall Networking Event. The event included networking, a tour of the museum and a dynamic presentation from Dr. Kourtenay Green. Dr. Green demonstrated several strategies and lessons HealthWorks! utilizes to engage students and further HealthWorks! mission to educate and inspire children and the community to make positive oral and overall health choices to achieve optimum health.
For those who were unable to attend the event we highly encourage you to visit the museum and see the exciting things taking place. HealthWorks! Kids Museum St. Louis is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30am to 4:30pm and is also available Sunday by reservation.
We had a packed house at the Annual Kick-Off Luncheon on Thursday September 20th at Syberg’s Dorsett. More than 80 individuals representing a diverse group of schools, businesses and community organizations were in attendance. The event began with a lively networking session followed up with introductions, lunch, a thought provoking table discussion and then our keynote address. Thank you again to our keynote speaker Ronda Anderson, Workforce Research Manager at the Missouri Economic Research & Information Center, for sharing such valuable information with group.
